We will get evidence that confirm our clients’ suspicions related to the committed violations against industrial or intellectual property:
- Falsification of products or brands
- Imitation of products
- Detection of illegal manufacture and distribution networks
- Use of services or products without paying the royalties
2. LEGISLATION
We can investigate everything that is against the law
In the penal field, our action will be preventive and our client can take the case to court in cases of falsification or fraud: the evidence of these illegalities will be transmitted to the authorities, as indicated in the article 19.3 of the Law 23/1992 of Private Security.
3. INVESTIGATION ESTRATEGY
- Detection of the falsified products and brands
- Detection of the stores and factories in which these products are sold or manufactured
- Investigation of distribution networks and sale of falsified products
- Surveillance and filming of people involved in the fraud
- Use of hidden cameras and audio recorders
