Thanks to a report issued by Group Stamford, Social Court no. 32 of Barcelona, on March 14, 2016, ruled in favor of our client ratifying the dismissal of his worker as appropriate, due to disloyalty and labor breach. The worker was on medical leave while he was carrying out a parallel work activity, the same one that our client's company is dedicated to.
