In order to prove the cohabitation of two people, we will have to demonstrate that they inhabit in the same home during a sufficient time. Also, we will have to prove that they are involved sentimentally.
If we demonstrate that there is cohabitation and therefore, the ex-partner has another mean of getting financial support, we will be able to provide evidence in order to revise or suspend the alimentary pension.
2. LEGISLATION
The evidence we will provide will be taken into account by judges and magistrates and in family juries.
3. INVESTIGATION ESTRATEGY
- We will take photography and video of the couple entering and leaving the home and also we will keep record of the time that they remain there at the same time
- We will get testimonies from the neighbors of the building
- Photography of the mail boxes
- Audiovisual evidence of a sentimental relationship
- Survey to the investigated people
