We will investigate the goods of the debtor and their localisation, and also the strategies that the debtor has carried out to justify the bankrupt.
We will especially investigate a possible sale of goods or donations to harm the creditors
2. LEGISLATION
Documental evidence will be obtained thanks to our investigations, and these will be able to be used to proceed to a seizure.
3. INVESTIGATION ESTRATEGY
a) During a first stage, we will investigate all the goods of the debtor:
- Properties within all the state
- Vehicles
- Participation in social organisations
- Labour activity
b) During a second phase, we will investigate the goods that the debtor used to own right before being declared insolvent. We will compare this information with the previous one.
We will discover the owner of these properties.
