1. DEFINITION AND AIM
If the labor activity of the ex-partner can be proved, the alimentary pension will be able to be changed as previously the partner did not have incomes.
Our work will be useful when:
a) To those people who have to pay an alimentary pension and know that their ex-partner is working
b) T9o those people that have the right to get an alimentary pension but they stop receiving it and their partners say that they do not have a job or that they are working less.
2. LEGISLATION
The evidence can be presented in court and they are generally admitted by judges and magistrates and in the Justice Tribunals.

- Control and surveillance of the ex-partner
- Detection of a working activity. Photography and video
- Demonstration of the frequency of the labor activity
- Filming of the person in his or her job with hidden camera
