Our work is to audit public places or branches of a commercial chain.
- Observation of the rules established by the managers
- Analysis of the workers’ behavior and their treatment of the customers (mystery shopping)
- Investigations of irregularities in the register or when charging the customers
- Loss of material or small thefts
- Control of the sale or supply of products established by the director
2. LEGISLATION
Our action will take place within the limits established by the current legislation, especially when referred to the use of hidden micro-cameras. To install them we will need the permission of the owner and we will take into account the right to honor, intimacy and image.
3. INVESTIGATION ESTRATEGY
- Surveillance and recording of the behavior of the employees and the supervisor
- Conversations and contact with the staff of the commercial establishment
- Surveillance of the salespeople, suppliers and external consultants.
- Undercover agents visit the establishments to shop, ask for assessment and cost estimation.
- The visits will be recorded with mobile hidden cameras
- Installation of static hidden cameras
- Infiltration of undercover detectives (optional)
