On account of a report written by our professional team, the judge decided that the pieces of evidence showed the grave lack of attention towards the minor, from the member of the couple upon who his custody was conferred first. Thereby, the city of Terrassa’s First Instance Court 6, on the 9th June 2006, decided that the minor had to stay with the other member of the couple, in that case, his father.
