1. Definition and aim:
Our involvement will be vital to obtain sufficient evidence to prove the irregularities produced by the tenant in the context of the lease contract. Amongst these irregularities we can find:
- Improper subletting or subrogation
- Home duplicity
- Use of the home, office or business in a different way than the one specified in the contract
- Not use of the rented home
2. Legislation:
Our action will take place within the Urban Lease Law context and taking into account the contracts between the leaseholder and the tenant. We will obtain evidence that the U.L.L has been violated or that the contract has been broke.
3. Investigation strategy:
- Determination of the people that truly inhabit a certain home.
- Finding the actual home of the tenant
- Obtaining evidence of the “non use” of a home, office or business
- Obtaining evidence that a home, office or business premise is not being used as established in the contract
- Photography, video and hidden camera
