We will get evidence to prove that an employee performs another job in the same field as the company that hires him or her.
According to the Statute of Workers, an employee will not be able to perform a job for two different companies if it implies disloyal competition or if this goes against the companies’ interests.
The employee could also be investigated after the end of his or her contract if a non-interference pact was established.
Our evidence can be used to proceed to the disciplinary dismissal of the worker
